Position Summary

Pristine Health is hiring dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants and Patient Care Technicians to provide direct patient care and support healthcare teams in facility-based assignments.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, and other activities of daily living. Assist with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and mobility devices. Obtain and document vital signs, intake and output, and other authorized patient information. Provide one-to-one observation and safety monitoring when assigned. Respond promptly to call lights and patient needs. Observe and report changes in condition to the nurse or supervisor. Maintain accurate shift notes and care documentation. Follow care plans, infection-control procedures, fall precautions, and facility policies. Maintain patient dignity, privacy, safety, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

Active CNA credential or recognized PCT qualification. Current CPR/BLS certification. Current tuberculosis screening or risk assessment. Ability to pass background checks and credential verification. Previous hospital, rehabilitation, long-term care, or patient-care experience preferred. Reliable transportation, professional communication, and dependable attendance. Current resume listing education, employment history, certifications, skills, and professional references.

Pay and Benefits

$24.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience, credentials, facility, shift, and assignment. Overtime and shift differentials may be available. Flexible scheduling and access to per diem and ongoing assignments. Paid sick leave, workers’ compensation, and other benefits for eligible W-2 employees. Independent-contractor opportunities may be available only for assignments that qualify for 1099 classification.
