Position Summary

Pristine Health is hiring dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses to provide direct nursing care in facility and community-based assignments. The LPN/LVN will work within their authorized scope of practice and collaborate with registered nurses, providers, caregivers, and facility staff.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Perform nursing assessments and monitor changes in patient condition. Complete wound care, vital signs, blood glucose monitoring, and other authorized clinical duties. Develop, follow, and update care documentation as permitted. Communicate changes in condition to the RN, provider, or supervisor. Supervise or support CNAs and caregivers when assigned. Maintain accurate medication administration records, nursing notes, and incident reports. Follow infection-control, medication-safety, confidentiality, and emergency procedures. Provide respectful, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license. Current BLS or CPR certification. Current tuberculosis screening or risk assessment. Ability to pass required background checks and credential verification. Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, assisted living, hospital, clinic, or facility experience preferred. Strong clinical judgment, communication, documentation, and time-management skills. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Current resume listing education, employment experience, licenses, certifications, skills, and professional references.

Pay and Benefits

$35.00–$45.00 per hour based on experience, assignment, location, specialty, and shift. Overtime, holiday pay, shift differentials, or assignment incentives may be available. Flexible scheduling with per diem and ongoing assignments. Paid sick leave, workers’ compensation, and other benefits for eligible W-2 employees. Independent-contractor opportunities may be available only when the assignment qualifies for 1099 classification. Pristine Health is an equal opportunity employer.
