Position Summary

Pristine Health is hiring dependable and experienced Registered Nurses to provide safe, patient-centered nursing care in facility and community-based assignments. The RN will assess patients, coordinate care, administer treatments, supervise clinical support staff, and communicate with providers and members of the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

Complete nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions. Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered care. Develop, implement, and update nursing care plans. Provide wound care, IV therapy, injections, and other authorized clinical services. Recognize and respond to changes in condition and medical emergencies. Coordinate care with providers, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Delegate and supervise appropriate tasks performed by LPNs, CNAs, caregivers, and other support staff. Complete accurate nursing notes, medication records, incident reports, and required documentation. Follow infection-control, patient-safety, confidentiality, and facility procedures.

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted RN license. Current BLS or CPR certification. Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, or specialty credentials when required by the assignment. Current tuberculosis screening or risk assessment. Ability to pass background checks, exclusion screening, and credential verification. Previous hospital, long-term care, rehabilitation, behavioral health, clinic, or specialty nursing experience preferred. Strong assessment, clinical judgment, communication, leadership, and documentation skills. Current resume listing education, employment history, licenses, certifications, clinical skills, and professional references.

Pay and Benefits

$45.00–$60.00 per hour based on experience, specialty, facility, location, shift, and assignment requirements. Overtime, holiday pay, shift differentials, travel reimbursement, or assignment incentives may be available. Flexible scheduling with per diem and ongoing assignments. Paid sick leave, workers’ compensation, and other benefits for eligible W-2 employees. Independent-contractor opportunities may be available only when the assignment legally qualifies for 1099 classification. Pristine Health is an equal opportunity employer.
